Publishing on lablab.ai

Contributor guidelines

The rules for contributing tutorials, articles, and technology pages to lablab.ai — originality, accuracy, disclosure, and moderation.

contributor-guidelines-2026-07

  1. 1

    Publish your own work

Submit only content you wrote or have the right to publish. Quote sparingly and attribute every quote, image, dataset, and code snippet you did not create. Plagiarised or republished-without-permission content is removed and may cost you authoring access.

  2. 2

Be accurate, and make the code run

Verify claims before you publish them. Test every command, snippet, and end-to-end walkthrough against the versions you name. If a tutorial depends on a specific model, SDK, or API version, say so explicitly.

  3. 3

    Disclose anything commercial

You may write about a product you build, work on, or are paid to promote — but disclose the relationship in the content itself. Undisclosed promotion, affiliate links presented as neutral recommendations, and SEO filler are treated as spam.

  4. 4

    Label AI assistance honestly

Using an AI assistant to draft or edit is fine. Publishing unreviewed AI output is not: you are responsible for the accuracy of every sentence and every line of code under your byline.

  5. 5

Keep it respectful and safe for work

No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, doxxing, sexually explicit material, or content that promotes self-harm or illegal activity. Security topics are welcome; working attack tooling aimed at systems you do not own is not.

  6. 6

Respect other people's data and privacy

Do not include personal data, credentials, API keys, or private communications in your content — yours or anyone else's. Screenshots must be scrubbed before you publish them.

  7. 7

    Review, editing, and takedown

Submitted content is reviewed before it goes live and may be edited for clarity, formatting, or accuracy. We may decline, unpublish, or remove content that breaks these guidelines, and we may revoke authoring access for repeated or serious breaches.

  8. 8

    Licensing

You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing on lablab.ai you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, translate, and promote it, including in excerpts and social previews. You can ask for your content to be unpublished at any time.

You are asked to accept these guidelines once, before your first authoring action. We record which version you accepted and when — you can see it any time under Your legal acceptances on your profile. If the guidelines change, you will be asked to accept the new version.
