Team Idea

Bollard · the gate between hearing and hands. A voice-to-action interlock for robot arms: every spoken command is transcribed by Speechmatics Realtime, parsed by a deterministic grammar, and judged by a safety policy before the arm executes. Allowed commands animate a bimanual dinner-table simulation (Intel online track: Bimanual VLA Manipulation, dinner-table challenge). Denied commands return named codes and reasons: hot pan, lit candle, thrown glassware. Every command appends to a SHA-256 hash-chained receipt of what was heard, allowed, and moved, verifiable in one click. Solo builder, agents-augmented.
