Team Idea

InnerOS Physical Guardian is a local-first Physical AI platform that turns existing cameras, DVRs/NVRs and building sensors into systems that can see, understand, act and preserve evidence. We are building from real deployments in Ecuador, not a simulated greenfield environment: Dahua video ingestion, RTSP/ONVIF, event-driven edge gateways, multi-camera behavior analysis, governed actions and forensic replay already exist in our permanent product stack. For the AI Infra Summit, we will adapt this real-world system to the assigned edge hardware, prioritizing SiMa.ai, to prove low-latency anomaly detection and on-device/edge intelligence without replacing a building’s existing security infrastructure or depending on cloud-only inference. We are looking for teammates strong in spoken English, technical storytelling/pitching, Edge AI/embedded optimization, and demo UX. Spanish-English collaboration is welcome.
