Team Idea
TripWire: a zero-shot visual anomaly sentinel for physical infrastructure. Point a fixed camera at any real physical setup (a server, a cable run, a rack of hardware) and TripWire learns “normal” from a brief live calibration, no labeled data required. From there, it localizes any physical deviation in real time with a live AR heatmap showing exactly where something changed, while an on-device reasoning layer explains what changed and why it matters in plain language instead of a generic alert. The moment an anomaly is confirmed, TripWire autonomously triggers an action — no human intervention — and speaks the alert aloud. The demo: judges walk up mid-pitch and physically mess with the setup: unplug something, move something, or plant something and watch TripWire catch it, explain it, and act on it in real time, live, with nothing pre-scripted.
