Unscripted - a voice interviewer that knows when an answer is being read.
Remote hiring has moved to voice and video, and so has cheating: candidates now read answers generated off-screen in real time. Unscripted runs a spoken first-round interview, with questions drawn from the job description and the candidate's CV, transcribed live by Speechmatics.
On top of the transcript it measures what reading leaves behind, using the timestamp Speechmatics returns for every word: how long before the first word, a pace too even to be spontaneous, hesitations that never come. The result is a consultative integrity signal with the evidence behind it - never a verdict, never a change to the score. It says "verify this in a second interview", and it only runs with the candidate's consent.
