Team Idea

ClearSpread turns scattered market signals into an auditable, human-approved trading decision. We pull real-time OSINT — Alpaca News plus SEC EDGAR insider filings (Form 4) and material events (8-K) — and feed it to Gemini through forced structured output, producing a transparent "Decision Card" with sourced reasoning and a confidence score for every signal. From there we propose only defined-risk options strategies (debit call/put spreads, max loss known upfront) — never naked positions. No order ever reaches Alpaca without a human clicking Approve, and every step from source to analysis to human decision to execution is logged immutably for full auditability. Built solo under a tight deadline — looking for a teammate to help polish the demo video and pressure-test the UX before submission.
