We're building alpaca-mind: a living, self-evolving trading entity on Alpaca's options market. It journals every waking session, reviews its own decisions, researches its own questions, builds its own market sensors that watch while it sleeps, and compounds everything it learns into playbooks and doctrine that are entirely its own — a mind that is measurably different every week, with git history as the record of who it is becoming. A second agent grows a living web interface out of the trader's own journals and transcripts, so you can watch it think in real time — and request new views through an inbox that answers with pages. No two deployments become the same trader: each starts fresh, learns from its own market, and finds its own edge.
