ThetaCouncil AI is an autonomous trading system that combines an adversarial multi-agent AI council with a deterministic, code-governed risk gate to execute options income overlay strategies (Cash-Secured Puts and Covered Calls).
Five specialized agents (Quant, Volatility, Bull, Bear, and Risk Officer) independently evaluate real-time market opportunities, engage in structured cross-examination, and synthesize a consensus via a Portfolio Manager agent. Before any trade reaches Alpaca, a non-negotiable 5-stage risk engine
independently verifies contract validity, position sizing, exposure caps, and cash collateral—guaranteeing that capital preservation always precedes execution.
