"Techie Tacos team on Alpaca AI Trading Agents Hackathon Hackathon"
Team Idea
We are building an autonomous Al options trading agent on Alpaca that analyzes market conditions, identifies trading opportunities, selects suitable options strategies, applies strict risk controls, and executes and manages paper trades through Alpaca's Trading API using MCP or CLI tools. The agent will continuously monitor positions, portfolio exposure, P&L, and market changes to make adaptive trading decisions. We are building this project with a mission to advance responsible Al trading and share our learnings openly with the community. I will be forming my team with my friend, who is interested in AI agents, quantitative and finance.
