Building Theta Council: an autonomous options desk on Alpaca that trades the variance risk premium in defined-risk spreads. Our design rule is that the language model holds a veto and a size dial but never the wheel — 24 deterministic risk gates run after it, in code that does not read prompts. Solo build, paper trading only.
