Team Idea

Bearing Whisperer hears a failing motor bearing in the electricity the motor drive already measures. No extra sensor needed. Bearings cause about 4 in 10 motor breakdowns. Today they are caught by experts walking the plant, or by costly vibration sensors on every motor. We train a detector on real lab bearing data, test it honestly on bearings it has never seen, and an open AI model running on AMD turns each result into a plain-language note and a repair order for the technician. When it is not sure, it says so and asks a person to check.
