Team Idea
BlackBox is a persistent visual-memory system for cameras. It tracks objects across time, records state changes, and reasons under uncertainty when objects disappear from view. Instead of only describing the current frame, BlackBox can answer questions like “Where are my keys?” using evidence from prior observations, ranked hypotheses, caveats, and suggested re-observation targets. For ACT III, the project will be adapted to run and benchmark its visual inference pipeline on AMD hardware using ROCm.
