Team Idea

**e8-aura** is a team focused on building practical, intelligent AI systems that solve real-world operational problems. For the Intelligent Industry challenge, we're developing **Compass**, an agentic manufacturing decision-support platform that helps factories respond more intelligently to equipment failures and production disruptions. Compass combines equipment events, personnel availability, location, historical resolutions, and AI-assisted reasoning to recommend the right response, explain its decisions, and learn from operational outcomes. Our philosophy is simple: **AI should go beyond monitoring and dashboards to help people make better decisions and take meaningful action.** We welcome engineers, AI developers, and manufacturing professionals who share our interest in building useful, trustworthy AI systems.

An AI dispatch agent for operations control rooms. When equipment fails, Compass ranks which responder should go, explaining why, using AMD Token Factory models while deterministic code owns every fact and keeps dispatch running offline.
