Submission

Clearsheet: discharge sheets patients can follow

Turns a hospital discharge summary into instructions a patient can follow, in their own language. Gemma 3 27B on an AMD Instinct MI300X drafts; code checks every number and quote against the source; a nurse releases flagged lines.
