Yield Guardian: AI Root-Cause Agents for Fabs

Yield Guardian turns a chip-fab alarm into an approved fix. It reads real sensor data and classifies wafer defects (0.90 macro-F1), then AI agents on AMD investigate, write a report where every number links to its evidence, and an engineer signs off.
