LIA-TL (Local Intelligence Agent for Timor-Leste) is a multimodal AI agent designed to turn community voices into actionable solutions. People can report social and environmental challenges through Tetum voice, text, and images, while LIA uses AI agents, RAG, computer vision, and IoT data to understand situations, assess risks, identify relevant services, and generate structured reports for organizations and communities. Powered by AMD GPUs and ROCm, LIA transforms individual reports into community intelligence, supporting better responses to water insecurity, disasters, infrastructure challenges, livelihoods, and climate resilience across Timor-Leste.
