Building R.e.L.i.C. Environmental Intelligence: an evidence-first AI continuity and provenance system integrated with AMD-powered computation. The ACT III demonstration connects the existing ReLiCGameMaster platform to AMD infrastructure while preserving observable system state, provenance, numerical evidence, and explicit uncertainty.
