Solo build. BidRunner: an agent that reads long public tender documents and tells a small supplier whether it is worth bidding, then drafts the response. Runs on open models served on AMD. Not recruiting, but happy to trade notes on Discord with anyone else doing heavy PDF extraction or serving open models on ROCm.
