Callismatic is an AI phone and personal secretary, live on AWS right now, running on Amazon Bedrock and Nova -- it transcribes every voicemail with real AssemblyAI speech-to-text, blocks confirmed scams, places real callbacks through CALL-E, books your calendar, updates your CRM, and only surfaces what actually needs you. For ACT III, we're training a proprietary version of its triage brain on AMD GPUs, using the real decisions and human corrections it's already made -- not synthetic data. A Kubernetes-orchestrated pipeline fine-tunes the model and plugs it straight into the live agent through Strands' own model routing, with Bedrock and Nova staying on as the fallback, not something thrown away. Real product, real accumulated data, new proprietary brain -- built on infrastructure this team already ships on.
