Five tools already convert CUDA to HIP. None of them prove the result works. ZEOS ROCm Migration Copilot closes that gap. Paste a GitHub URL: it clones the repo, runs hipify-clang, ports the build system (CMake/Makefile -arch=sm_* to --offload-arch=gfx942), compiles with hipcc on a real AMD Instinct MI300X, feeds every compiler error to an LLM patch agent, and recompiles until the project builds and runs on AMD silicon. Every edit is recorded as a chain of proof: error, patch, commit, GPU log. The output is the Receipt — a machine-verifiable record of what changed, what compiled, and what actually executed on AMD hardware. Conversion percentages become auditable evidence instead of marketing claims.
