Team Idea
AXONFAS is a physical rehab copilot that turns any webcam into a motion lab. It estimates the patient's 3D pose in real time, detects compensation patterns (trunk, hip, lower back), and an LLM clinical agent adapts sets, range and rest while talking with the patient by voice. Each session ends with a clinical report (PDF/FHIR) for the physiotherapist. Runs on AMD Instinct GPUs with ROCm for low latency.
