Team Idea
BaBu AI is an intelligent credit management assistant designed for small businesses, local shops, and merchants who still manage customer credit using notebooks, memory, spreadsheets, or scattered messaging apps. It helps merchants record credit transactions, monitor outstanding balances, identify overdue payments, and manage follow-ups more effectively. We aim to use AI to analyse payment behaviour, prioritise customers who need attention, generate smart reminder messages, provide daily collection summaries, and highlight potential credit risks. The goal is to turn a simple digital ledger into a practical AI-powered business assistant that tells merchants who owes them, what needs attention, and what action to take next. The project is being designed around real operational problems faced by micro and small businesses.
