"Colag team on AMD AI League Hackathon"
Team Idea
Colag is a room where a support team and an open model answer a customer together. The model runs on AMD Developer Cloud through vLLM. A customer message lands on the shared board. The model drafts a reply from the company's own documents and marks every line it cannot support. A teammate approves that reply or sends it back. The model cannot send it. Those documents live in an Evolus knowledge library, and an Evolus workflow carries the draft to the person who has to sign it. One case, from the message to a sourced reply, with the approval kept in the room.
