"COTIC team on AMD AI League Hackathon"

`E-commerce brands lose up to 70% of potential sales due to slow, generic, and disconnected customer support. Atelier Predict solves this by deploying an autonomous AI sales advisor that doesn't just answer FAQs, but actively guides customers to purchase. It reads omnichannel chats (WhatsApp, Web), understands buyer intent and emotion, checks real-time inventory, and executes the sale or books appointments automatically. Unlike standard chatbots, our differentiator is the proprietary "3-Touch Close" methodology and emotional intelligence tracking. It acts as a digital employee that integrates directly with existing CRMs and ERPs, ensuring no lead is left behind and directly increasing conversion rates. This is not a concept; it is a validated, working prototype with a fully functional demo and tested business logic for high-end retail. It sustains itself through a B2B SaaS model, generating direct ROI for e-commerce brands by reducing operational costs. For this hackathon, we are upgrading our architecture to prove enterprise scalability. We host our open-source LLM on AMD Developer Cloud via vLLM for ultra-low latency, and orchestrate complex business workflows (like CRM updates and document extraction) using Evolus AI building blocks. This demonstrates that high-performance, revenue-generating AI agents can run efficiently and cost-effectively entirely on AMD infrastructure.` (226 palabras, ~1650 caracteres.
