SignalTrust is a vision pipeline that doesn't just read license plates and road signs — it tells you when not to trust its own read. Built on a VLM served via vLLM on AMD ROCm (AMD Developer Cloud), it recognizes text from US plates, stop signs, speed limit signs, and multi-line work-zone signage, then runs a second reasoning pass that separates a genuinely low-confidence read from a specific failure mode: glare, motion blur, off-axis angle, occlusion, or — the case most OCR demos ignore — physical tampering (tape or stickers altering a digit, a real-world plate-spoofing vector).
