Team Idea
Algorithmic procurement agents (x402, AP2, ACP) can pay merchants automatically. But merchants still have no machine-readable way to say what they'll accept - price, discount, volume, credit terms, or when a human decides. So they block AI buyers and lose the deal, or accept blindly and bleed margin through prompt injection and net-terms abuse.
KEOZ is a merchant-side control plane between the AI buyer and the payment rail. The merchant writes rules once in a YAML policy, compiled into deterministic bounds. Four layers evaluate every proposal: agent identity and spend cap, per-parameter clamps, a composed-margin validator that catches individually-valid-but-losing deals (discount x volume x terms), and human-in-loop routing via HTTP 202. Money actions are explainable, bounded, audit-logged. Settlement runs through a sample payment adapter. LLM proposes; deterministic code disposes.
We need judges and mentors building agentic commerce, payments infrastructure, or merchant platforms
