Team Idea
RCOS is a recursive capability runtime that can discover what it knows, identify capability gaps, compose new workflows from available tools and models, test them against executable gates, promote successful capabilities, and reuse them on future work. For the AMD Developer Hackathon, RCOS runs open models on AMD infrastructure and demonstrates measurable improvement through capability creation, evaluation, routing, and reuse.
