Team Idea
I’m building an honest career-readiness tool for students who can’t afford paid mentoring or courses. Many students, me included, don’t know whether their projects match what employers want for a target role. The tool takes a GitHub repo and a target role, such as data scientist or forward deployed engineer, and compares the project against what real job postings ask for. It gives a blunt verdict on whether the project is resume-worthy, lists likely interviewer questions about it, and shows a prioritised path to close the gaps. Every assessment is tied to evidence found in the repo’s actual files, not generic feedback. It extends Red Margin, my open-source project reviewer built in Python and FastAPI.
