Team Idea
As a Team in the AMD AI Academy hackathon, our strategy centers on executing end-to-end development independently by acting as the sole architect and engineer to manage GPU resource workflows, multi-agent solutions, and tight two-week sprint cycles . We will directly translate the AMD AI Academy pathway modules into functional implementations, focusing heavily on model serving, Model Context Protocol (MCP), multi-model OCR processing, and proprietary-domain RAG systems to eliminate hallucinations. Additionally, we will handle advanced automation tasks like web scraping and model fine-tuning completely on my own while actively sharing my independent development hurdles and breakthroughs through technical blogs, tutorials, and constructive engagement within the LabLab.ai Discord community
