Debt Radar — An agentic tool using IBM Bob to scan codebases for technical debt (dead code, missing tests, security smells), propose a staged remediation plan, and execute fixes with human approval checkpoints. Every change is logged in a governance-style audit trail. Dashboard shows before/after metrics (coverage, complexity, security). Showcases Bob's core differentiator: planning + executing multi-stage dev work with human-in-the-loop governance, not just code autocomplete.
