BobShield Ops is not a separate agent — it is a Bob-native workflow layered on IBM Bob's IDE. A custom MCP server bridges Bob to GitHub Issues and Sentry, so any incoming ticket or crash alert becomes a first-class task for Bob. Using Plan Mode, Bob first analyzes the repository and the incident, then fans the work out to three parallel subagents: a Debugger that isolates the root cause down to file and line, a Security Auditor that sweeps adjacent endpoints for the same vulnerability class across the OWASP Top 10, and a Test Engineer that authors failing reproduction tests. Agent Mode then applies a minimal patch, Bob Shell executes the full pytest suite until zero regressions remain, and the verified change is delivered as a pull request — with the task session summary exported to bob_sessions/ as mandatory hackathon evidence. The result: security and crash incidents move from hours of manual triage to seconds of autonomous, verifiably correct remediation.
