Team Idea
We are building an AI-powered developer burnout detection system that analyzes Git commits, code review speed, commit sentiment, meeting workload, and code quality to generate burnout risk scores and actionable early warnings. Team members needed: Backend Engineer: Build GitHub, Slack, and Calendar API integrations and the data pipeline. ML/Data Engineer: Develop burnout prediction, sentiment analysis, and pattern correlation models. Frontend Developer: Build the dashboard, visualizations, alerts, and reporting system.
