Cutover rehearses database schema releases against the old and new application versions. It replays mixed-version traffic on disposable databases, detects stale writes with an independent oracle, and produces a reproducible release verdict. Building an evidence-led IBM Bob 2.0 workflow for the hackathon.

Cutover: Catch Lost Writes Before Merge

A green migration can lose acknowledged writes. Cutover replays every completed SQL statement boundary, shows the exact missing value, and carries Bob’s verified repair into an auditable GitHub PR gate.
