Solo builder of Amend, which runs inside IBM Bob and turns regulation changes into verified pull requests. Amend redlines the FTC Safeguards Rule clause by clause, traces each new obligation to the exact code it breaks, writes a failing test first, then fixes it and proves the fix with fail before, pass after evidence and a graded certificate. Not looking for teammates.
