BobGuard: Enterprise AI Code Provenance Gateway

BobGuard is an enterprise DevSecOps gateway that intercepts local Git commits to enforce compliance, detect AI-generated vulnerabilities, and generate a tamper-evident AI Bill of Materials (AI-BOM) using IBM Bob 2.0 subagents in the background.
