Building Bob Maintenance Co-Pilot which is an IBM Bob 2.0 autonomous agent that turns unstructured bug reports + logs into tested, documented PRs in 4.8 min (98% faster). Uses Agent Mode orchestration, Document Understanding (logs/docs/code), Parallel Subagents (Reproducer, Fix, Test, Release running concurrently), and specialized subagents. Live prototype on real buggy TaskFlow API with 3 bugs (pagination leak, JWT bypass, timezone). Shows 4x parallel speedup, 100% toil removal, 88% fewer regressions. Who I need: Solo built full prototype, but for production: AI/ML engineer for true semantic code graph, security reviewer for auth fixes, and a UX designer to polish the Carbon dashboard for enterprise rollout.
