Team Idea
FinGuard AI is an AI-powered fraud detection and investigation system designed to identify suspicious transactions and help institutions respond to fraud. The system analyzes transaction data using machine learning and anomaly detection to detect unusual patterns in transaction amount, type, account balances, frequency, and behavior. Each transaction receives a fraud risk score, so analysts can prioritize high-risk activities. Instead of predicting whether a transaction is fraudulent, FraudShield AI uses an AI investigation agent to explain the factors behind each alert and generate an investigation summary. A dashboard provides risk levels, fraud alerts, and suspicious activity monitoring. By combining machine learning, anomaly detection, explainable AI, and agent-based investigation, the solution aims to make fraud detection faster, more transparent, and easier to investigate. It can support banks, payment platforms, and organizations in creating scalable fraud-monitoring workflows.
