HandoffGuard is a developer workflow for AI coding agents. It verifies that a checkpoint still matches the current repository before another agent resumes work, blocks stale handoffs, selectively rebinds changed material inputs, and requires executable evidence before success. Built solo with IBM Bob IDE. Not recruiting teammates.
