Team Idea
AegisSRE — Autonomous SRE Orchestration Swarm This is a proof-of-concept autonomous Site Reliability Engineering system. The core idea: when a microservice failure is detected, a software agent automatically investigates the root cause and orchestrates a rollback — without a human having to drive every step. A human is still in the loop for approval, but the detection, diagnosis, and execution are all automated. The Problem it Solves In distributed microservices (think: order service → payment service → inventory service), a failure in one service can leave the system in a partially committed state — e.g. an order was placed but the payment never went through. Traditionally, an SRE would have to manually diagnose the traces, identify the bad state, and issue rollback commands. AegisSRE automates all of that.
