Building RepoSplit 2.0 — an autonomous Multi-Agent Modernization Engine designed for the IBM Bob 2.0 Hackathon. RepoSplit transforms tangled legacy Python monoliths into production-ready microservices. Unlike single-prompt LLM wrappers, we orchestrate 7 specialized agents connecting via an explicit FSM and shared Blackboard: • AST & Graph Clustering (NetworkX Louvain) • Automated Database Severing (Sagas + Outbox + CQRS) • Typed OpenAPI & gRPC Contracts • Envoy Strangler-Fig Gateway (canary routing) • 100% Live Differential Parity Testing across real HTTP processes • Signed in-toto DSSE Migration Passport & FinOps Cloud ROI We have a working core engine with 100% test parity and need 2-3 passionate builders to win: 1. Frontend/UI Dev: React + D3.js / Tailwind for our interactive untangling dashboard. 2. Cloud/DevOps: Docker Compose, Helm & Red Hat OpenShift deployment. 3. AI/Prompt Engineer: Deepening watsonx / IBM Granite integration.
