Team Idea
SecureFlow AI is an AI-powered, behavior-based fraud detection system designed to make digital payments safer. It analyzes transactions in real time using factors such as amount, merchant, time, device, location, and transaction history. A Risk Engine combines rule-based detection, behavioral analysis, and machine learning such as XGBoost to generate a risk score from 0–100. Based on the score, transactions are allowed, flagged for verification, or blocked. Its key feature is adaptive verification, where suspicious transactions require user confirmation instead of automatic rejection. Graph-based analysis can also identify suspicious relationships between accounts and transactions. Built as a safe simulation using React/Next.js, FastAPI, Python, XGBoost, and SQLite, SecureFlow AI aims to provide proactive, personalized, and intelligent fraud prevention.
