"NoGuess team on IBM Bob 2.0 hackathon Hackathon"
Team Idea
We’re building NoGuess, an epistemic control plane for AI coding agents using IBM Bob. Coding agents can produce technically correct code while silently inventing missing requirements. NoGuess detects material ambiguity before implementation, separates evidence from inference, asks targeted clarification only when necessary, grants Bob narrowly scoped capabilities, and independently verifies whether the final code matches the established intent. The system includes an append-only evidence ledger, semantic-fork detection, selective invalidation when requirements change, and an Epistemic Receipt explaining why the implementation should be trusted. We’re looking for teammates interested in agent systems, developer tooling, evaluation, security, and product/UI who want to help build and rigorously test this during the hackathon.
