"Northliners team on IBM Bob 2.0 hackathon Hackathon"

Team Idea

Northliners is Gursharan Singh Brar, building solo from Calgary. I recently finished the IT Services program at SAIT and spend most of my time shipping side projects, from AI tools to client websites. I joined the IBM Bob 2.0 hackathon to see how far one person can get in 48 hours with an agent that understands the whole repo.

Runbook Compiler

IBM Bob reads a release runbook PDF and compiles it into a release gate: one deterministic check per step, run with one command and no AI at release time. It caught two steps a human checklist would have ticked as done.
