Solo team. We use IBM Bob 2.0 to modernize a legacy Excel/VBA factory quality tool safely: every difference with the official procedure is found, decided by a person, and explained, while tests prove the new Python + Streamlit app reproduces the old reports exactly. Not looking for new members.
