FlowGuard: Code Review for Automation Workflows

FlowGuard reviews n8n workflows before go-live. In IBM Bob, 14 rule checks plus 4 parallel subagents find security, reliability, cost and docs issues, then output a risk score, a fixed workflow, tests and a report. Caught 26/26 seeded issues.
