We are building an autonomous developer workflow engine powered by IBM Bob 2.0 that transforms static repositories into self-maintaining software ecosystems. Rather than using AI as basic autocomplete, this project harnesses Bob 2.0’s full-repository context and multi-agent orchestration. The system acts as a background co-pilot: when updates occur, Bob spawns specialized subagents to execute complex lifecycle tasks in parallel, including dependency mapping, automated test generation, and real-time documentation sync. Structured as a solo-participant powerhouse, this project uses a unique dual-entity model: a single lead architect driving core orchestration, paired with IBM Bob 2.0 acting as a virtual engineering team. By substituting human headcount with Bob's agentic loop, this entry proves that an individual developer equipped with advanced AI can match the technical output of a full enterprise engineering team.
