I'm building Repo Onboarding & Risk Assistant — an IBM Bob-powered tool that scans any GitHub repo, maps its architecture, flags files with the highest change risk, highlights missing tests/docs, and generates a 5-minute onboarding brief for new developers. It turns Bob into a real workflow tool, not just a chatbot.
