PR Guard is an AI tool that checks a pull request against a repository's contribution rules before a human reviewer sees it. It reads the repo's CONTRIBUTING file and PR template, scores the PR, and gives the contributor clear, friendly feedback on exactly what to fix. Built with IBM Bob for the code review and contributor onboarding workflow. It saves maintainers hours of repetitive review and helps first-time contributors get their PRs accepted. Currently a solo build.
