Claim Check - does this PR do what it says?

On a real public PR four review rounds had approved (KeeperHub #2476), Claim Check caught a false claim, a real SSRF, that every reviewer missed. It gives each PR claim its own IBM Bob subagent and returns the exact line that proves it true or false.
