IncidentToPR turns a production incident into a verified, review-ready fix inside IBM Bob 2.0. A custom Incident Responder mode, a skill and mode-specific rules make Bob follow a strict protocol: reproduce the bug with a failing test first (RED), apply the smallest fix, prove it with the target test and the full suite (GREEN), then commit with a machine-captured evidence report. We measure the impact with an A/B comparison against plain Bob debugging. Solo builder (Python, FastAPI, AI agents) — not looking for teammates.
